The more information you provide and the earlier you complete this paperwork, the better I can prepare for our session! Having an in-depth understanding of your medical history is part of understanding you as a full person. If you have any questions about intake paperwork, please reach out!
I recommend wearing loose or flexible clothing to your session, something that is easy to change out of and into and that gives you free range of motion. With your consent, I may incorporate stretching into our session and this is often more comfortably done when you are dressed.
Use the restroom before your massage so that you don’t have to go during your appointment.

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment so that you can use the bathroom, settle in, and be ready to go when your session starts.
My office is located in the State Theater Building in downtown Portland. There is ample metered parking in the downtown area as well as several paid lots and a parking garage. There is also free 1 hour parking on nearby Deering Street.

Yes! The studio is located on the third floor which can be accessed by elevator or stairs.

gratuity is not expected and is completely optional.

At this time I do not bill to insurance. However, I am happy to create a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

a credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. you can pay for your appointment by cash, card, or Venmo at the end of your session.
